From the world of Inside Out.
Pixar Animation Studios has debuted the trailer for Dream Productions, an all-new Disney+ series set in Riley’s mind, where dreams are crafted every night—on schedule and within budget. 💤 🎬
Set between Inside Out and its upcoming sequel, the four-episode limited series premieres Wednesday, December 11, exclusively on Disney+. As Riley grows up, Joy and the Core Emotions enlist Dream Productions to process her evolving memories. The story follows acclaimed director Paula Persimmon (Paula Pell), who faces challenges when teamed up with Xeni (Richard Ayoade), an ambitious daydream director trying to make his mark in the world of night dreams.

The series features a star-studded voice cast, including Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Ally Maki, Kensington Tallman, Liza Lapira, Tony Hale, Lewis Black, and Phyllis Smith. Written and directed by Mike Jones, with Jaclyn Simon as producer, the show embraces a mockumentary style for comedic flair.
Nami Melumad’s score for Dream Productions will be available on streaming platforms starting Friday, December 20.
